Notes on guitar tunings:
*Because GP doesn't allow for 8 stringed guitars, the 7
strings here are tuned to match the top 7 strings of the
8-string guitar, meaning the high E string is excluded.
*The "Ambient Guitars" are tuned to match the bottom
7 strings of the 8-string guitars, meaning the top string
(in this case, the E2 string) is excluded.
Notes on the solo:
It's not really accurate, but the solo's so abstract, it'd
be pretty difficult to recreate. He's using a lot of
whammy bar or a pitch shifter pedal and when he
jumps the octave, he's most likely just using the pitch
shifter pedal.
